Autoquiry exists to remove guesswork from a used-vehicle decision. Here is exactly what happens between the inspection bay and your screen.

   Inspection is assigned

   An Autoquiry administrator books the vehicle and assigns it to a certified inspector, so every report follows the identical checklist.

2. 02

   The inspector works the checklist on site

   Exterior, interior, mechanical, structural, electrical and road-test items are each rated, annotated, and photographed from a phone.

3. 03

   The report is submitted and published

   Once submission from the inspection is locked, its published automatically — no editing after the fact, so what you read is what was found at that time.

4. 04

   You search for the car and the level of inspection report (basic or full)

   The Basic report gives you the headline condition. The Full report gives you every answer, every note, and the complete photo set.

5. 05

   Access lasts 180 days

   Reports stay in your account for 180 days from purchase. Sign in any time to re-read or share your findings with a mechanic.
