Overall condition score
A single 0–100 figure calculated from the severity ratings across every inspected point, so you can compare cars at a glance.
Vehicle identity
VIN, year, make, model and trim, plus the odometer reading verified by the inspector and the date and location of the inspection.
Severity-rated findings
Each of the 28 checklist points is rated, or explicitly marked not applicable. Nothing is left silently blank.
Inspector notes
Where a rating needs explaining, the inspector writes what they saw — the location of the corrosion, the nature of the leak, the wear pattern on the tires.
Photo evidence
Photographs are attached to the category they belong to, so a finding you would otherwise take on trust has a picture next to it.
