Services
Autoquiry arranges independent vehicle inspections and sells inspection reports and instant VIN checks. Reports describe a vehicle's condition at the time of inspection and are not a warranty.
Payments
Prices are shown before checkout. Report purchases are non-refundable except where stated (for example, an auction or ordered inspection that cannot be completed is refunded in full). Report access lasts 180 days from purchase.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: Autoquiry Seller Approvals — a one-time transactional text asking a vehicle seller to approve or decline an inspection request for their vehicle.
- Frequency: usually one message per inspection request; message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@autoquiry.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
