Spotted a car at an auction? Initiate the inspection — for only $279

Tell us about the vehicle and the auction yard. We confirm an inspector first — you only pay once an inspector has accepted your job.

Before you order

  • Order at least 72 hours before the auction.
  • You won't be charged until an inspector accepts your job.
  • Once an inspector accepts, your payment link is active for 12 hours — pay within that time to keep the inspector booked.
  • Auction restrictions (access limits, early sale, lot withdrawn) can affect completion, even when you order on time.
  1. 1. Send your request — no charge yet

Enter the vehicle, auction and lot details below at least 72 hours before the auction.

  2. 2. An inspector accepts — then you pay $279

We email you a payment link once an inspector accepts. Our inspector goes to the yard before your auction date — photos, a walk-around video, mechanical checks. Inspection scope varies by auction location and vehicle access, giving you a clearer picture of what you're bidding on.

  3. 3. Your Full report is delivered

Emailed to you the moment it's done and waiting in your Autoquiry account — with a bid verdict and a recommended maximum bid.

What happens next

Nothing is charged today. Once an inspector accepts your job, we email you a secure link to pay $279; the link stays active for 12 hours after the inspector accepts (and closes 24 hours before the auction).

Your Full Inspection is delivered to you the moment the inspector submits, and it's yours alone for the first 24 hours. The Condensed Report for the same car goes on sale to everyone immediately, and after 24 hours the Full Inspection opens to other buyers at $299.

You pay $279 only after an inspector accepts. If the inspection cannot be completed, we refund your payment in full.
